“I was a farmer for long period of time, our farming method was traditional, pests and insects were used to attack our crops.

A new modern farming method was built to us, and no one believed that this small farm will produce more yield of Tomato than the traditional large farms.

At the moment, if drought hits to our village and its surroundings and water shortage happen it will not have a major impact to our farm, as my farm uses less water compared to our traditional farming method, now we can cultivate crops specially Tomato at any time.  In a small amount of water we can water this whole farm and we can able to feed what we harvest it to our households.  A dam was built near to my farm which protected my farms from destruction caused by floods.
